West Elementary first opened in the fall of 2002, and serves approximately 350 children in preschool through sixth grade, as well as a handicapped unit. Morgan West was awarded an Excellent rating by the Ohio Department of Education in 2011, in addition to earning Adequate Yearly Progress recognition during the 2011 school year, and Above classification in Value Added.
 

As the only middle school in the district Morgan Middle School serves all of the county's 6th, 7th and 8th grade students.
 

Morgan High School is the only high school in Morgan County.
